My 1989 K5 Blazer I thought needed a tuneup, so I took it to APA Total Car Care. I quickly was given a quote for a complete tuneup and authorized the repairs. Was called back a short time later and it was explained I did not need a tuneup and that the problem was my fuel pressure. Seems my “Mechanic” I was going to could not tell the difference between his behind or a hole in the wall. APA could have charged me for a tuneup that would have cost 75% more than the repairs they recommended. It’s nice to know that APA runs a honest business. I will be using APA in the future for all my automotive repairs for now on. I live in Queen Creek and would recommend these guys anytime.

Still great service always from this company. I have seen a drop in attention to detail with a couple things that I hope they resolve. My recent visit for oil change with an appointment took over 3 hours with me waiting in lobby. I just noticed that the center cap screws on the driver side wheels are missing two screws and the two caps now rattle, so now I guess I have to go out of pocket and time to try and fix. Again I’m a loyal customer and hope they can do better.

Overall great service, fast, and quality work. Prices are a bit on the higher side compared to the shops I normally take my vehicles to. Also keep in mind all repairs at this shop do get reported through CarFax if that is a concern of yours. Would be 5-Stars if prices were more in alignment with other competitors. I had A/C Compressor replaced due to system blowing hot air in newer GMC Sierra 1500.

APA was very honest and fair in their business practices with me. They diagnosed my Acura to have the fuel pump replaced. All of my warning lights on my dashboard had come on. They recommended I take it to the Acura dealer and have them do their diagnostic test because Acura has better diagnostic equipment. They spent several hours trying to find the correct solution and did not charge me. Kelly was super to work with. Always kept me informed about what was happening with my car. Even the service manager at Acura takes his diesel truck there.

Sean is the real deal! Said he had a plan and followed it to a T. I needed to replace the motor in my Jeep due to bad install from where I purchased the vehicle who also turned away my issue because they knew they messed up. The diagnosis was I had multiple bad cylinders on the entire right row. Ouch!! After working out the price, Sean and his crew then began open heart surgery on my Ride, they sourced a quality replacement, swapped the motor, reinstalled the supercharger on my V6 Wrangler and handed me the keys a month or so later. Listen to me! In my 4 years owning the Jeep with the supercharger installed, I've never heard it sing like it does now. The motor has no ticks, no lights on dash and no bugs. So everything works great after 2 weeks of driving and she pulls all the way up the power band up to 6th gear@100mph.! I outrun v8 chargers and mustangs off the line now running at full power.. WOW! You should see their faces getting run down by a full size Wrangler with a minivan motor. Disclaimer: In an adult playful manner once in awhile of course lol! Go see these guys at APA and ask for Sean. You will not regret it! Unless you don't.. I will never take my ride anywhere else again! I swear. Thank you guys!

I thought it was an alternator issue and instead of just confirming it to get my money they were honest and told me it was a negative wire on my battery that needed to be put back.. APA whole team is professional, caring and friendly. I'm very particular on who works on my vehicles. Communication is key & APA showed their flexibility when setting my appointment times. APA previously performed a general inspection & provided a list of routine maintenance items for the future. No pressure sales of any sorts to get the list completed at time. For my 2004 Toyota Highlander my intentions is to recondition completely considering the cost of todays used & new vehicles in the market (at least I know what I have versus used or the high monthly payments for new). This vehicle has great reliability at a minimal cost for many years. Work performed included replacement of the lower suspension control arms on both sides, replacement of front shocks/struts on both sides, replacement of the rear brakes and rotors with brake fluid exchange, power fluid exchange, and a 4 wheel alignment. All the work was completed within a couple of days. The cost did not exceed the previous estimate provided. Enjoyable friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone who has a strong attachment to their vehicle who expects nothing but the highest quality. Bottom line, I'm sold on APA and I will return to them for future projects.

The AC on my altima stopped blowing cold so I took it in for a diagnostic after multiple other places wouldn’t even look at it because I had tried using a recharge kit. After I was told I would need a whole new AC system, I went to pick up my car and mentioned my warranty to Kelly. I honestly didn’t know anything about it and thought I had to take it back to where I bought my car from. Kelly asked me to leave my car overnight so he can call my warranty company and get it covered. I only paid $400 for a $2500 job. Such great service, the techs finished it quickly and my AC is amazing now. Kelly was super kind and helpful the entire time. I highly recommend this place!!

These guys here at APA Total Care are the absolute BEST!!!!! We have a Jeep that we haven’t been able to drive for about 18 months, and kept getting the run around from several shops (from estimates of needing a new engine, to new electrical system) for a mystery mid fire on cylinder 3. We took it in to APA, and the initial diagnostic test was not giving any answers. After 3 days of inspections and not giving up; they were able to locate the issue! Best news was we did not have to replace the engine! They fixed it; and the Jeeps been running better than it was when purchased 3 years ago. We are incredibly grateful for the team here in Gilbert at APA! Thank you so much for your patience, dedication in what you do, yearning to learn new skills to become better, and professionalism!

After years of taking cars to the dealership I just got sick of the process, the waiting, the carelessness, the arrogant attitudes, and the high prices by the service dept at the local GMC dealer. I did a quick search, found 5 local shops and started reading reviews. I landed on APA and thought I would give them a shot to look at our 2017 Yukon which needed some maintenance done and had a whine coming from what sounded like the transmission. We were greeted by the service rep, Kelly. He was professional, welcoming, very thorough and explained the process. He walked out to the car with us and looked to see if he could hear what we were talking about, asked if they could have the car overnight to diagnose and said he would call me in the morning. Later the next morning I got a call from Kelly who explained what was going on, said he would send over a detailed list from their complete inspection, and was very laid back and never pushy. I received the email which was very impressive, with a complete list, pictures, explanations, causes and fixes for all the issues which I brought it in for and recommended maintenance items and repair items they noticed during the inspection. I knew some of the other issues which were pointed out and I felt like they were truly thoughtful and not trying to sell me BS. We agreed to fix most items and he said he would have the car ready in a day, which he did. Upon picking up the Yukon, we noticed the AC wasn't working. He immediately apologized and asked to please let him have the care for a while. They took it back and realized they had to reprogram the AC, which they did, and we had our car back a short time later in great condition! Overall, top notch service, clean shop, friendly staff, and great experience. I thought their prices were fair for what car repair costs nowadays, and the service blew the doors off of any auto dealer service dept I've been to. I will be back (hopefully not soon) with any repair needs I have for my vehicles. Great local shop!

Hello everyone I would like to say APA has done a great job on my two vehicles 12 silverado engine swap to a 525 motor love it and when I did have a issue they got right on it . The C7 had a stage2 cam and headers installed .They did a great job on that as well if I have any issue with adjustments or thighting bolts they have me bring it in . (Header bolts )

I have finally found a place I trust. This is not a company that takes your money unnecessarily. I was sure I needed new brakes and brought my Alfa Romeo to APA QC. They inspected it and Jared, the best technician ever came and explained my performance brakes and the need for aggressive breaking to remove dust. $43 to determine the issue and remove the squeak. They also did a road trip evaluation and even texted me to have a safe trip. April and Tiffany make this a fun place to wait for service. I am a customer for life!

The Service Writer Tiffany, made extra effort to locate the Brand Synthetic Motor Oil & Oil Filter I requested and gave a special quote! I have been going to the same car repair facility for over 5 years faithfully. I recently felt something was wrong with my car and took it to my normal shop multiple times with them telling me each time nothing was wrong with it. I decided to schedule a second opinion with APA in queen creek and they got me in to be seen quickly and discovered the problem within 45 minutes. I will be forever thankful they were able to help diagnose the issue before it turned into a more severe problem.

Good friendly people. Aimee was great, but they require you to pay for a full diagnosis and try to sell you on more than just what you want fixed. I found another mechanic to do the work for about 70% the cost if I wait a week for an appointment and he didn't try to sell me on a bunch of add ons.

What Aimee did is not called "trying to sell you on more than just what you want fixed", our standard procedure is to do a 58 point inspection to give you a health report of your vehicle. If you went to the doctor and he found other potential issues other than what you went in for would you feel like he was trying to "sell you" on extra illnesses other than what was initially bothering you? It is our responsibility to let you know things that we find with your vehicle and it's your choice whether or not you want to do it or not. That's all We apologize that you saw that differently because that is never our intention.

I wrote a negative review last weekend. I was frustrated and thus made my decision emotionally rather than intellectually. My issue was an exceptionally hard one involving the fuel system on a C-5 Corvette. The staff at APA were always courteous and personable. Upon a second repair, the car was fixed at no additional charge. Would I go back? Would I recommend them? Yes! Earlier, I let my frustration get the best of me. I wanted to set the record straight.

Great service, clean shop. Went here for some battery issues on my VW Atlas today. was a simple fix and they took care of it for me. Will definitely be coming for all of my future repairs over going to the dealership. Had I gone to one of the local VW dealerships I would have been waiting days for a diagnostic to be told there was more wrong with my car than actually fixing the problem. Thanks guys.

They swapped out my ZZ5 350 for a 396 Stroker and did a new cooling system new headers and new exhaust. The car sounds and performs AMAZINGLY!!! Ive been rebuilding/restoring my 77 Regal for years and I've definitely had more than my share of horrible experiences throughout the process (thus the engine swap and mechanic shop change) but Sean Zack and Travis took good care of me and my car. They were excited about my car as if it was their car and that's extremely rare and very important to me! They were very patient and attentive with me. I explained to them that I was damaged from my past experiences and they treated me with respect and they always communicated with me. Most shops could care less and i truly appreciate that they showed me something different. GREAT muscle car shop! I highly recommend them! Thanks Sean!!! 👍🏾👍🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again today APA QC comes through again, "another shop" told me my truck wasn't even registering on thier alignment rack therefore would cost almost 200.00, ironically they told my son the same thing about his truck last week, I declined and APA knocked it out, truck drives straight as an arrow. APA installed 2 rear tires and balanced all 4. I do have custom wheels that cannot be replaced and they did an excellent job without any damage to my wheels. APA also installed an Apple carplay system in my 2006 S281 Mustang with blue tooth and it changed the whole character of my car. I highly recommend this update for safe hands free use.

APA total car care of Queen Creek, specifically their custom shop was a good experience. This location from what I was told is very busy, it took me a good while to get on the books and get scheduled, but once they got my car in, it was out within one day, as fast as they said it would be. The pricing was great. What I would like to emphasize on is the work done, I had my 1993 Foxbody Mustang under the knife to get some 4.10 gears installed, the tech who performed the work was Travis. Travis informed me of this business on a Foxbody forum, he builds and races these cars himself so I definitely felt comfortable letting him perform the work. He did a great job on the gears and bearings install. If you have a Foxbody, bring it here! I look forward to getting more work on the pony done here.

Long story short... Rebuilt the front end on my truck, took it to Network Automotive and had nothing but issues (tire wear, pulling, cupping of my front tires). Fast forward, fixed what Network didn't do and took it APA. Man!! This truck has never rode so nice and handled so great, better than new!! Wish I had went to them from the get go. They took their time and made d**n sure everything was perfect, and it was!! Will have my business from here on out!!

I drove out of my way to go to this shop and will continue to do so. They aren't just friendly and knowledgeable..but also courteous. I had a cam problem and they fixed it perfectly. There were unaccountable problems after and even took the time to make sure everything worked. In the age of people generally taking advantage of others, they are quite the polarizing opposite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Took my caddy in cuz parking brake warning light came on and manual said to get it to a repair shop. I searched goggle plus called my ext warranty co and both gave high ratings to ACE. These guys are absolutely awesome! I have now had my truck worked on 3 different times over the past 6 months and they haven't let me down yet. Honest mechanics are hard to find, and these guys won't sell you a service you don't need. They will tell you everything wrong with your vehicle and let you know the critical things that need fixing as well as things that are wearing out and will need to be replaced soon. You might pay a little more here, but I'd rather pay a little more and know it was done right and I won't have issues with the repairs they made. You will get great and honest service every time. Thats the most important thing for me.

Driveshaft Maintenance I needed new u-joints, carrier bearing and yoke fixed on my 1997 Ford Ranger. The Queen Creek location was professional at every step of the experience. The price was reasonable and dropoff/pick-up was seamless. I have already scheduled my next repair which was discovered at their shop. I believe "honesty" is their policy and "integrity" should be in their mission statement....

Visited APA Total Care Care in Queen Creek after vetting several recommendations from a local Facebook neighborhood group. Their professional staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue, along with other unseen yet important issues. They ordered the part needed and, as soon as it arrived, scheduled an appointment for it to be installed. Waited about an hour for the initial inspection and perhaps forty-five minutes for the repair. This team is fast, professional, and doesn't pressure you into unnecessary costs. Will certainly be visiting this location again next time I need vehicle maintenance.

APA is a great business and service. I first went to the Gilbert location back in early 2020 to have tires mounted and balanced for my BMW. I specifically looked for a shop that had road force balancing* equipment and luckily for me APA has it, as I do not like taking my vehicles to big box stores and chains. I'd rather support a small business in the community. Now that they have opened up a location in Queen Creek, I chose to take another vehicle there for more tire work and also a 4 wheel alignment. They have the latest Hunter Engineering alignment machine and is the latest technology for that service. After the alignment I received a print out of the alignment specs and that assured me my car was perfectly aligned. They did a great job and the price is right. I'm glad I found a shop that invest in the best equipment for their customers and charge a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a vehicle in for any service in the future. On top of all that, the owners/managers Zach and Rob are nice guys and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys.

This is a very well run shop. We took our 2015 Mini Coop for maintenance and to check the battery. They were ready for me when I arrived, Rob let me know exactly what they were going to do. They reached out to me when they had a chance to test the battery. He recommended that we take it to the dealer for the battery replacement as if not done correctly it could cause problems with the computer. It is not an urgent issue but should be done in the next few months. I appreciated his honesty with me and the price was better that we expected. I would definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

First time having service completed at this location. Friendly, efficient and took the time to review upcoming maintainence recommended specific to my car. Clean and comfortable waiting area. My service was completed in less than an hour. They recommended a cabin filter change for $21.95. I opted to do this on my own. After buying it and installing myself, realized it cost me as much paying retail for this filter. Should have let Ace do it!

My Tundra was significantly out of alignment despite having one done less than 6 months/3,000 miles ago. Ace Performance was able to get me in to fix the issue within two hours(had to wait almost two weeks for the previous shop) and included a full printout to show the alignment was back in the correct parameters(something the other shop failed to do). They also honored an old coupon that was for the Gilbert location and provided excellent customer service throughout my interactions with them.

I was referred to APA via my local FB community page after several neighbors had a positive experience. Myself personally getting hosed by Big O & Gruelichs recently, I was looking for a reliable & honest shop that would be able to maintain my personal & business vehicles - which include a '95 Grand Cherokee Jurassic Park Tour Vehicle, a '96 Explorer Limited and a '13 C-Max Hybrid SEL. They've worked on all 3 of them - one at a time - addressing my long list of items that I needed taken care of but had just held off doing because I've now got trust issues. The Jeep needed a LOT of work to get it ship-shape as it's my wife's daily. They not only addressed every issue smartly, but identified a few things that could've posed an issue further down the road - as well as reversing a bad repair done by a previous shop that we didn't know about... but would have soon, and not in a good way. The C-Max is my company vehicle, and it needed the AC repaired & a full suspension work up as well as some functionality issues addressed. It's been a challenge dialing it in because it's a hybrid & the design wasn't intended for a 4k lb vehicle driven daily for 155k miles going on 9 years... but their diligence and integrity serve well, and I have zero complaints of the service I've received to date. (almost there, guys!) I can not say enough about Rob & Zach's personable customer service & honesty, their knowledge and diligence in making sure each vehicle was safe to drive and mechanically sound... and the tech's are very courteous and super professional. I've lived in Pecan Creek North for 8 years, and have been to most of the big shops around here at least once each... and each time walking away feeling frustrated because nobody wants to actually "fix" cars anymore, rather they insist on just replacing parts at full extended cost & full labor - often doubled up or rolled on top of other jobs, regardless of the cost to the consumer. I can finally say that I found the last shop that I'll ever rely on for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thanks guys! Much appreciated :)

This place is awesome. Got Sean's number after asking around town to find someone that can square up my rear axle in my 1963 Chevy II. They were able to fab me a custom panhard bar and tighten up the rear end. The car hooks and launches great and drives so much better. Matt did an excellent job on the fabrication, and I will be taking the car back in the future so he can help dial in my front suspension. Rob the service advisor was also friendly and kept me posted through calls and textin photos. This is the best shop I've done business with and will never use anyone else.

I have a 50 Mercury that had some leaks in the air ride system, power steering and valve covers. It was difficult to find a place to work on my car. They not only fixed all the issues, but when parts malfunctioned and started leaking again they got me back in quickly and resolved all issues. Will definitely go back. Great group of people!

Zach and Ace Performance was introduced to me when I told a buddy my truck needed some work. I called them and I was able to get my truck to them the next day and they did diagnosis and fixed it all in the same day!! The staff is very professional and the facility is kept really clean. I will bring any and all my cars back here for work that I can’t do myself! I would recommend APA to everyone!!
